Commercial Cleaning Technician

Job Overview

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician at Class 1 Cleaning, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial facilities throughout the Philadelphia region and South Jersey. You will work as part of a professional team committed to delivering the Gold Standard in commercial cleaning. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of commercial facilities including offices, healthcare settings, retail spaces, and educational institutions
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas
• Restock restroom supplies as needed
• Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and checklists
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Represent Class 1 Cleaning professionally at all client sites

Qualifications

Required

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience (not required)
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Experience working in healthcare, office, or educational environments
